These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the purchase of products offered through this website. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility to Purchase
Due to the seller's tax status under Hungarian law, products are offered exclusively to private individuals.
We are unable to issue invoices to companies, organizations, sole proprietors, or other business entities.
Orders placed using business billing information cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Products
Arter Painter offers original Studio paintings, YouTube paintings, prints, and other art-related products.
Because artworks are handmade, slight variations in texture, brushwork, color, and other characteristics are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to display product images and colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on individual monitor, device, and screen settings.
Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and other information are provided in good faith, but minor inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the customer's location and website settings.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and major credit or debit cards.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases including, but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
7. Shipping
Shipping times displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated, any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, videos, text, logos, designs, graphics, and other content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Arter Painter unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, licensed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
The purchase of an original Studio painting, YouTube painting, print, or any other product does not transfer copyright ownership, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights to the buyer.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arter Painter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, power outages, internet failures, or government actions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary.
