Refund Policy

Returns for Framed Studio Paintings

We offer a 30-day return policy for framed studio paintings.

If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

    Conditions for refund eligibility:

    • The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
    • The artwork must be securely packaged for return shipping using appropriate protective materials (such as bubble wrap) and sufficient packaging fillers to prevent movement or damage during transit.
    • Whenever possible, customers are encouraged to reuse the original packaging materials, including protective wrapping, corner protectors, and packaging fillers supplied with the order.
    • The returned package must be shipped as a fragile item with tracking and clearly labeled with a visible "Fragile" sticker or marking on all sides of the package.
    • All return shipping costs, customs duties, import fees, taxes, and carrier handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Any such costs incurred by us upon receipt of the returned package will be deducted from the final refund amount.
    • Refunds are issued only after the returned artwork has been successfully delivered back to us and inspected.

    If the artwork arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging, the refund may be partially or fully denied.

    If a returned shipment is lost during transit, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and resolving the issue.

    YouTube Paintings

    We offer a 14-day return policy for YouTube paintings.

    If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

    Conditions for refund eligibility:

    • The painting must be returned in its original condition.
    • The painting must be securely packaged for return shipping using appropriate protective materials (such as bubble wrap) and void fill / packaging fillers to prevent movement or damage during transit
    • Whenever possible, customers are encouraged to reuse the original packaging materials, including protective wrapping, corner protectors, and packaging fillers supplied with the order.
    • The returned package must be shipped as a fragile item with tracking, and clearly labeled with a visible “Fragile” sticker or marking on all sides of the package.

    • Returned packages must be sent with all applicable duties, taxes, and fees prepaid by the sender.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

    Please include:

    • your order number
    • photos of the package, the internal packaging, and the damaged artwork (for damaged shipments)
    • a short description of the issue

    We may request additional information if needed to investigate the claim.

    For confirmed cases of damage or loss during transit, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for the order.

    We will do our best to assist you and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
