Original Paintings
Are the paintings original?
Yes. All Studio Paintings and YouTube Paintings are original hand-painted artworks. Prints are reproductions created from my original paintings.
Are original paintings framed?
YouTube Paintings are sold unframed.
Studio Paintings are professionally framed, and both the frame and shipping costs are included in the listed price.
What is the difference between Studio Paintings and YouTube Paintings?
YouTube Paintings are generally smaller, decorative acrylic paintings featured in my YouTube tutorials or exclusive Patreon videos.
Studio Paintings represent my current artistic interests and highest level of craftsmanship. These are professional acrylic and oil paintings available in a variety of sizes.
What kind of frame will my Studio Painting arrive in?
Each Studio Painting is professionally framed. The frame is selected individually to complement the artwork and is included in the listed price.
Your painting will arrive ready to hang.
Do original paintings include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Both Studio Paintings and YouTube Paintings include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Certificates accompanying YouTube Paintings also include the current view count of the tutorial video in which the painting appeared.
Can I commission a custom painting?
Yes. I currently accept commissions.

Prints
What paper are the prints made on?
Fine art prints are produced on premium 300 gsm matte art paper commonly used for exhibition-quality printing.
Are all prints signed?
No. Some prints are available unsigned, while others are offered in signed editions.
How are the prints signed?
There are two categories of signed prints.
YouTube Prints are signed with "Arter" signature, matching my YouTube channel branding.
Studio Prints are signed with my full name, Richárd Erdelics.
What print options are available?
Depending on the artwork, prints may be available as:
- Standard Prints
- Signed Prints
- Signed & Hand-Embellished Prints
- Canvas Prints
Signed & Hand-Embellished Prints receive additional hand-painted brushwork after printing, making every piece slightly unique. These editions represent a bridge between a traditional print and an original painting.
Are prints framed?
No. Prints are sold without frames unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Will my print look exactly like the product photos?
Minor color variations may occur due to differences in monitor, device, and screen settings.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by destination and order value.
As a general rule, shipping becomes progressively cheaper as your cart value increases.
Most destinations qualify for free shipping on orders above $200.
For Australia and New Zealand, free shipping begins at $400.
Is shipping free for Studio Paintings?
Yes. Shipping is free to all available destinations, with the exception of Australia and New Zealand. If you would like to order a Studio Painting to either of these destinations, please contact me by email before purchasing for a personalized shipping quote.
Do you offer shipping discounts?
Yes. Shipping discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on your cart value. Orders may also qualify for free shipping once the applicable threshold is reached. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

What if you do not currently ship to my country?
If your country is not listed but you would like to place an order, please contact me by email and we can discuss available options.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier performance, and customs processing.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
* the damaged product
* the packaging
* any visible shipping damage
Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for available options.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Studio Paintings may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Most other products, including YouTube Paintings and prints, are covered by a 14-day return period.

Can businesses or sole proprietors purchase from the store?
No. Due to the seller's tax status under Hungarian law, products are offered exclusively to private individuals.
Orders placed using business billing information cannot be fulfilled.
Copyright & Usage
Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?
No. Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or commercial usage rights.

Do you personally pack the orders?
Yes. Every painting and print is personally packed by me with great care to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
