Purchase of Artwork

The purchase of an original painting, print, or any other physical product transfers ownership of the physical item only.

No copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, publishing rights, commercial rights, or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the buyer.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, or digitally duplicate any artwork for commercial purposes

  • create prints, posters, merchandise, apparel, or other products based on the artwork

  • use the artwork for advertising, branding, marketing, publishing, or promotional purposes

  • upload the artwork to print-on-demand services

  • use the artwork in NFTs, blockchain-based projects, or digital asset marketplaces

  • sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit reproductions of the artwork

  • modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the artwork for commercial use

Personal Display

The owner of a purchased artwork may display the physical artwork in a private home, office, or personal collection.

Ownership of the physical artwork does not grant ownership of the copyright.

Copyright Infringement

Unauthorized use of any artwork or content may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action where permitted by applicable law.
